Who we are
Fidaroe is an influencer marketing agency based in Oulu, Finland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: afeez.afuwape@fidaroe.com.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you send us through our forms or by email:
- Brand enquiries: name, work email, company, product website, budget range, goal, timeline and your message. We use these to reply and discuss a possible campaign. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- Creator applications: name, email, channel links, content focus, view range, rate and your message. We use these to assess fit and contact you about brand partnerships. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, and stored in our email. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with brands or creators without your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we enter a contract and the law requires it. Ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for a copy of your data. Email us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics. Your browser stores one setting in local storage, your light or dark theme choice, which never leaves your device. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
